We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analystto join our team at Syndigo. This remote position plays a key role in supporting the Senior Manager, CRM & Sales Operations EMEA by providing insights, optimizing processes, and ensuring data integrity across our sales organization. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy turning data into actionable strategies, this role is for you.
HOW WE'LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY
- Analyze sales data and create dashboards to track KPIs and performance
- Optimize sales processes, including territory alignment and pipeline management
- Maintain CRM data integrity (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Support forecasting and planning cycles with accurate data validation
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to align operational goals
WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Sales or finance related background
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query)
- Basic SQL for data querying
- Basic Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated with strong initiative and ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Experience with automation tools and sales enablement platforms is a plus
- Project management experience in remote environments is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills is a plus
