  Location: Warsaw (Praga Północ) - hybrid model - 2 day per month in our Warsaw office, with the option to work remotely on other days

Your role in a nutshell

We are looking for a curious, ambitious Content Creative / Copywriter hybrid talent to join our team. In your daily work, you will shape top brands while working closely with other creatives to bring ideas to life across social platforms and digital touchpoints.

This role is perfect for someone fluent in internet culture. Someone who can spot trends, understand social media dynamics, and apply them effectively. Someone with talent for expressing ideas through writing that captures the audience and a drive to create work that is both effective and award-winning. Someone who is passionate about culture, interior design, and the creative industry.

Note: We are open to candidates at both Junior (1–2 years exp) and Regular/Mid (3–4 years exp) levels.

Your scope & impact:

• Develop compelling copy for various channels (social, digital, campaigns) ensuring alignment with the brand's tone of voice.
• Create simple, native social content (e.g., TikToks, Reels) and stay on top of platform updates and cultural trends.
• Collaborate with other creatives to craft concepts and messaging that resonate with audiences, translating strategic ideas into clear, engaging content.
• Work on campaigns from initial brief to final execution.
• Plan, organize, and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Actively contribute to creative reviews and brainstorms with fresh ideas and insights.

Skills and experience required to be successful in this role include:

• Junior: 1–2 years of experience in content creation/copywriting.
• Regular: 3–4 years of experience.
• Social Native: Strong understanding of digital platforms and how to craft content that works natively in each (especially vertical video).
• Writing Chops: Ability to translate high-level concepts into copy that is on-brand, on-brief, and on-time.
• Strategic Mindset: You are curious—someone who asks "why" before writing.
• Passions: A genuine interest in interior design, culture, and the creative industry.
• Soft Skills: Collaborative spirit, great communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Drive: proven track record of working on award-winning campaigns.
• Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
