Dla naszego klienta globalnej, oryginalnej firmy farmaceutycznej poszukujemy osoby, która poprowadzi kluczowe projekty transformacyjne i będzie wspierać firmę w skutecznym wdrażaniu zmian.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Prowadzenie kluczowych projektów transformacyjnych, zarówno dużych, jak i mniejszych, zarządzając zespołami, budżetem, narzędziami
  • Współpraca z dyrektorami ds. transformacji i innymi liderami przy identyfikowaniu oraz planowaniu inicjatyw transformacyjnych
  • Budowanie relacji z kluczowymi interesariuszami
  • Koordynacja działań z innymi inicjatywami transformacyjnymi
  • Mentoring i wsparcie młodszych członków zespołu w zakresie zarządzania zmianą i pracy w środowisku agile

Wymagania:

  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zmianą (change management) w dużych, złożonych organizacjach
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu projektów transformacyjnych oraz w roli lidera zmiany
  • Doświadczenie w pracy w środowisku agile, wdrażaniu zasad agile, agile coaching lub agile training
  • Wysokie kompetencje interpersonalne, komunikacyjne i coachingowe
  • Doświadczenie w branży farmaceutycznej/medycznej, bądź pokrewnej
