If you are an organized, proactive, and people-oriented person who enjoys both HR and administrative tasks, this is a great opportunity to develop your career in an international environment.Key Responsibilities
Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
Support legalization processes for foreign employees in cooperation with an external agency
Create employee IDs and manage Knox accounts
Administer data in the Workday system (GHRPW and GHRPS)
Prepare monthly statements for accounting related to employee benefits and holidays
Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying data
Manage day-to-day office operations and equipment (printers, shredders, etc.)
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and office supplies orders
Coordinate with vendors and assist in invoice approvals
Organize business trips, training sessions, and internal events
Manage company assets (laptops, phones, access cards, pool cars, etc.) and ensure accurate records and archiving
University degree (preferably in HR, Administration, Finance or related field)
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar HR or administrative role
Good command of English (both spoken and written)
Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under time pressure
Knowledge of Workday is an advantage
Driving license (B category) is a plus
