If you are an organized, proactive, and people-oriented person who enjoys both HR and administrative tasks, this is a great opportunity to develop your career in an international environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees

  • Support legalization processes for foreign employees in cooperation with an external agency

  • Create employee IDs and manage Knox accounts

  • Administer data in the Workday system (GHRPW and GHRPS)

  • Prepare monthly statements for accounting related to employee benefits and holidays

  • Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying data

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and equipment (printers, shredders, etc.)

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and office supplies orders

  • Coordinate with vendors and assist in invoice approvals

  • Organize business trips, training sessions, and internal events

  • Manage company assets (laptops, phones, access cards, pool cars, etc.) and ensure accurate records and archiving

Requirements
  • University degree (preferably in HR, Administration, Finance or related field)

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar HR or administrative role

  • Good command of English (both spoken and written)

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under time pressure

  • Knowledge of Workday is an advantage

  • Driving license (B category) is a plus
