CUSTOMER SUCCESS SPECIALIST FOR A SOFTWARE COMPANY (WARSAW OR BIALYSTOK)

Join an innovative Polish procurement software provider and work with top global companies as: Customer Success Specialist (full-time, part-time)

Your job is to help our customers implement our software, a cross between a business consultant and IT support. You will serve as a platform expert - customers will come to you with their ideas and problems and your job is to tell them how to implement these ideas using our platform. This requires a lot of creativity and quick thinking. Sometimes the job will involve writing help / quick guides for new functionality or help us business-test new modules.

Procurence is a dynamic, young company specializing in strategic and tactical tools for cooperation across company boundaries in the Supply Chain. We focus on Supplier Management, Quality Management, Supply Chain Risk, Compliance and Cross-Organisational Project Resource Management.

We work for global clients such as Vestas, AGCO or Deutsche Bahn and (successfully) compete against the industry giants such as Coupa / iValua / SAP / Ariba, etc.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a bright person with at least 1 year of experience. We need someone who's motivated, results-oriented and knows how to tackle problems. If you worked for procurement or quality management, all the better.

REQUIREMENTS


• Proficiency (C1+) in English: all of our clients are foreign corporations and they all speak with their own national accents


• You need to be a quick learner - you will have to learn about all key procurement and quality

management processes that we offer and be able to explain to others


• Computer use proficiency - sorry, we don't have time to teach you how to use Word or Excel; if you haven't mastered them on your own, you are unlikely to have the skills to be able to help us.


• You're not afraid to work and take responsibility; if you don't do stuff, nobody else will.


• You need to live in Warsaw or Bialystok and have a permanent work permit for Poland


• Experience in Procurement/Quality Management


• German language skills (C1+) are a big plus

RESPONSIBILITIES


• supporting our customers – solving their problems and interfacing with the developer team to

pass on any issues


• joining the team effort of testing new releases of the software and updating the help – our software grows by about 2000 new features every year


• later on – if you are up to the job - you will do live, on-line training seminars with clients or potential clients as well as trainings on client premises


• whatever else you're up for

In your first year, we can offer:

Junior level PLN

Mid-level PLN (depending on your skills)
