We're looking for a leader who will ensure consistency and quality across our technology landscape, inspire their team, and act as a strategic partner to the business in building a modern, integrated IT ecosystem.

Your role:

  • Develop and maintain a coherent IT architecture across the Adamed Group.
  • Approve new IT and integration solutions – from concept to production.
  • Define integration guidelines and architectural standards.
  • Collaborate with external vendors on new implementations and enhancements of existing IT systems.
  • Manage key integration platforms, systems, and licenses.
  • Lead and develop a team of IT experts – set priorities, drive performance, motivate, and build engagement.
  • Support the creation and execution of Adamed's technology architecture strategy.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, including at least 2 years as an IT Architect.
  • Minimum 2 years of managerial experience (ideally in the pharmaceutical industry).
  • Proven experience in designing and developing IT architecture and technology roadmaps.
  • Strong background in IT systems integration and related technologies.
  • Knowledge of key IT architecture concepts, trends, and leading integration technologies.
  • Experience working with external vendors, particularly in integration solutions.
  • Hands-on experience implementing ERP-class systems.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to create and execute a vision for your area.
