Responsibilities:
  • lead, coach, and manage the daily operations of a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs),
  • drive the achievement of individual and team KPIs, including calls, meetings booked, pipeline growth, conversion rates, and quality metrics,
  • provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to develop the team's sales and communication capabilities,
  • collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine lead generation processes and improve conversion outcomes,
  • analyze team performance data, prepare reports, and present actionable insights to senior management,
  • support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new BDRs,
  • monitor client interaction quality, ensuring compliance with company standards and maintaining professionalism,
  • act as the primary escalation point for operational or performance issues, ensuring timely resolution,
  • build and maintain a positive, accountable, and results-oriented team culture.
Requirements:
  • proven experience managing a sales, customer service, or IT support team,
  • demonstrated track record of achieving and managing KPI-driven results,
  • strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills,
  • excellent communication skills in Japanese and English (written and verbal),
  • analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and identify areas for improvement,
  • experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams,
  • strong organizational and problem-solving skills,
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment,
  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, or a related field.
