Responsibilities:- lead, coach, and manage the daily operations of a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs),
- drive the achievement of individual and team KPIs, including calls, meetings booked, pipeline growth, conversion rates, and quality metrics,
- provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to develop the team's sales and communication capabilities,
- collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine lead generation processes and improve conversion outcomes,
- analyze team performance data, prepare reports, and present actionable insights to senior management,
- support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new BDRs,
- monitor client interaction quality, ensuring compliance with company standards and maintaining professionalism,
- act as the primary escalation point for operational or performance issues, ensuring timely resolution,
- build and maintain a positive, accountable, and results-oriented team culture.
- proven experience managing a sales, customer service, or IT support team,
- demonstrated track record of achieving and managing KPI-driven results,
- strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills,
- excellent communication skills in Japanese and English (written and verbal),
- analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and identify areas for improvement,
- experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams,
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills,
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment,
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, or a related field.
