For our client, a well-known FMCG manufacturer with presence in 80 countries, we are looking for a person for the position of
HR Analyst with Spanish and English. We are looking for energetic individuals with the ability to efficiently navigate various systems (HR systems, CRP, SAP, databases, etc.) and provide quality service while managing inquiries and services from internal customers. It is also important to demonstrate problem-solving and conflict management skills as well as working with other departments to achieve the best possible solutions.

The person in this position will be responsible for:
  • Supporting employees and managers with HR issues via email, chat, phone,
  • Analyzing customer inquiries,
  • Resolving problems while maintaining a professional approach to customer service,
  • Collecting and verifying data required to process transactions and services of associates and organizations meeting agreed SLAs,
  • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy and timely handling of associate inquiries in accordance with RODO requirements,
  • Set priorities to achieve the highest possible results,
  • Entering and updating data into systems.

We are looking for someone who either/or:
  • Just graduated from university – no experience needed,
  • Is experienced in Customer Service / Help Desk (working with tickets),
  • Is experienced working in a Shared Service Center (Human Resources experience preferred).

    Poszukujemy energicznych osób posiadających umiejętności sprawnego poruszania się po różnych systemach (systemy HR, CRP, SAP, bazy danych, itp.) oraz zapewniania wysokiej jakości obsługi przy jednoczesnym zarządzaniu zapytaniami i usługami od klienta wewnętrznego. Istotne jest również wykazanie umiejętności rozwiązywania problemów i zarządzania konfliktami jak również współpraca z innymi departamentami w celu osiągnięcia jak najlepszych rozwiązań.

    Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za:

  • Wsparcie pracowników i managerów w sprawach kadrowych za pośrednictwem maila, czatu, telefonu,
  • Analizowanie zapytań klienta,
  • Rozwiązywanie problemów zachowując profesjonalne podejście do obsługi klienta,
  • Gromadzenie i weryfikowanie danych wymaganych do przetwarzania transakcji i usług współpracowników i organizacji spełniających uzgodnione umowy SLA,
  • Zapewnianie poufności, dokładności i terminową obsługę zapytań współpracowników zgodnie z wymogami RODO,
  • Wyznaczanie priorytetów w celu osiągnięcia jak najwyższych wyników,
  • Wprowadzanie i aktualizowanie danych do systemów.

Poszukujemy osoby, która albo/lub:

  • Właśnie skończyła studia – nie wymagamy doświadczenia,
  • Posiada doświadczenie w Obsłudze Klienta / Help Desk (pracując z ticketami),
  • Posiada doświadczenie pracując w Centrum Usług Wspólnych / Shared Services Center (doświadczenie w HR mile wodziane).
