Dla Naszego Klienta – firmy z branży handlowo-dystrybucyjnej poszukujemy ambitnych i nastawionych na rozwój kandydatów na stanowisko Kontrolera Biznesowego (Pricing). Celem stanowiska jest nadzór nad stroną przychodową, kontrola rentowności oraz bieżące wsparcie finansowe dla działów komercyjnych.

 

Business Controller (Pricing)Miejsce pracy: Kraków

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Udział w procesie sporządzania rocznego budżetu oraz prognoz miesięcznych,
  • Budowanie i optymalizowanie strategii cenowej dla różnych grup produktów oraz kanałów sprzedaży,
  • Przygotowywanie raportów zarządczych na potrzeby partnerów wewnętrznych,
  • Kontrola i analiza rentowności poszczególnych grup produktowych oraz monitorowanie marży w różnych kanałach sprzedażowych,
  • Odpowiedzialność za analizę rynku konkurencji oraz trendów rynkowych, rekomendowanie działań mających na celu wzrost efektywności oraz konkurencyjności,
  • Przygotowywanie benchmarków i analiza efektywności akcji promocyjnych i inwestycyjnych,
  • Monitorowanie cen dla poszczególnych klientów i rekomendowanie działań mających na celu optymalizację oraz wzrost rentowności,
  • Monitorowanie skuteczności wdrożonych działań związanych z cenami i rekomendowanie zmian w strategii cenowej firmy,
  • Bliska współpraca z działami komercyjnymi w celu weryfikacji założeń biznesowych i budowania świadomości finansowej,
  • Tworzenie i utrzymywanie bazy danych z cenami dla wszystkich produktów firmy,
  • Wdrażanie odpowiednich narzędzi analitycznych i kontrolnych wspierających procesy biznesowe,
  • Przygotowanie i prezentacja raportów dotyczących cen, efektywności oraz marży i konkurencji dla zespołu zarządzającego,
  • Rozwój narzędzi do raportowania i analiz w Power BI.

 

Wymagania

  • Wykształcenie wyższe ekonomiczne (kwalifikacje ACCA lub CIMA będą dodatkowym atutem),
  • Minimum 3-5-letnie doświadczenie na podobnym, samodzielnym stanowisku w obszarze kontrolingu komercyjnego lub zarządzana ceną  (FMCG, retail, farmacja),
  • Znajomość nowoczesnych standardów raportowania w oparciu o IFRS oraz bardzo dobra znajomość zagadnień z obszaru kontrolingu komercyjnego i polityki cenowej,
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość narzędzi IT (ERP, Excel, SQL, Power BI) mających na celu wsparcie biznesu,
  • Duża samodzielność w działaniu i nastawienie na proaktywne działanie,
  • Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego.
