Twoje zadania:

  • Zarządzanie kategorią produktów dla różnych kanałów dystrybucji
  • Inicjowanie procesu wdrożeniowego i zarządzanie cyklem życia produktów
  • Codzienny kontakt z dostawcami w Polsce i zagranicą
  • Współtworzenie i pozyskiwanie dokumentacji produktowej
  • Analiza rynku, potrzeb Klientów, trendów branżowych oraz działań konkurencji
  • Przygotowywanie i prezentowanie raportów
  • Przygotowywanie ofert produktowych
  • Ścisła współpraca z pozostałymi działami firmy
  • Przygotowywanie prezentacji i prowadzenie szkoleń
  • Udział w targach branżowych
  • Współpraca z Klientami i Dostawcami
  • Nadzór nad jakością produktów
  • Monitorowanie i podejmowanie działań w celu upłynnienia zapasu

Czego oczekujemy:

  • Wykształcenie wyższe
  • Przynajmniej 2-letnie doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku (Junior Product Manager, Product Manager, Category Manager, Kupiec)
  • Doświadczenie w procesie wdrażania nowych produktów oraz w zarządzaniu kategorią produktową
  • Mile widziane doświadczenie w branży wyposażenia wnętrz (kuchni lub łazienki)
  • Mile widziane doświadczenie w pracy z dostawcami z Azji
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego umożliwiająca swobodną komunikację w mowie i piśmie (min. B2)
  • Praktyczna znajomość MS Office, szczególnie programów Excel i Power Point
  • Samodzielność i decyzyjność
  • Zdolności negocjacyjne i analityczne
  • Umiejętność zarządzania sobą w czasie i wyznaczania priorytetów
  • Wysokie kompetencje komunikacyjne
  • Umiejętność pracy w zespole
  • Gotowość do odbywania podróży służbowych (w tym również zagranicznych) i prawo jazdy kat. B
