  • Aktywności związane ze zbudowaniem nowej jednostki włączając rekrutacje zespołu.
  • Stworzenie standardów pracy (SLA/KPI), we współpracy z zagranicznymi jednostkami firmy.
  • Komunikacja z Klientami dla których wykonywane będą procesy - nawiązywanie oraz rozwój relacji.
  • Koordynowanie pracy zespołu z dbałością o jakość wykonywanych procesów.
  • Współpraca z działem handlowym w zakresie pozyskania nowych Klientów.
  • Przygotowywanie raportów, statystyk i prezentacji na potrzeby wewnętrzne oraz na życzenie Klientów.

  • Doświadczenia w zarządzaniu strukturą w firmie działającej w sektorze outsourcingu usług (BPO).
  • Biegły poziom języka angielskiego.
  • Rozwinięte kompetencje w zakresie komunikacji i zarządzania relacją z Klientem.
  • Otwartości do odbywania podróży służbowych.
  • Mile widziana znajomość języka niemieckiego.

  • Samodzielne stanowisko z możliwością realnego wpływu na kształt i działanie struktur.
  • Możliwość rozwoju swoich kompetencji w firmie o zasięgu globalnym.
  • Ekspozycja na współpracę międzynarodową.
  • Dogodna lokalizacja biura: centrum Katowic.
