Growth Department
This department was created as a result of the integration of eCommerce and Performance Marketing teams.
Growth, together with the Operations Department, is responsible for guiding the user through the complete user path. The primary responsibility of Growth is to reach sales goals by building state of an art acquisition funnel and improving conversion rates across the whole funnel.
Main Responsibilities:
Development of customer acquisition and retention strategy across all aspects of online marketing,
Management of all digital campaign set-up across core digital performance channels,
Management of team to drive campaign performance and delivering accurate pacing and KPI goals,
Analyze and report data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
Explore and implement technologies that will make Tylko ready for a cookie-less World
Work closely with the CRM and BI team, develop a solid data-driven marketing approach, and systematically track and analyze our marketing performance to provide actionable insights and solutions
Improve our understanding of the Tylko customer and aim to deliver consistently the best message to the right customer at the right time
Work closely with Brand Marketing Team to align global acquisition strategies & goals;
Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer and presenting results at board meetings

You worked in an e-Commerce environment, and you have min 3 years of experience in managing a team.
You have experience in a comparable role where you are coordinating activity across all digital marketing channels and will have a good track record of delivering ROI on digital marketing spend
You are experienced in building up and managing a team
You have excellent analytical and numerical skills and a result-oriented mindset, always considering both long-term objectives and short-run performance
You have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects/responsibilities at the same time
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish
Available to work from our Warsaw office at least 3 days per week
