We are searching for an experienced Customer Service Specialist with fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese to liaise with more premium clients from the company's sector and order management aspects.

Opis stanowiska

  • Actively managing customer relationships as the main point of contact for all inquiries and issues, maintaining connections with Premium Accounts
  • Proactively addressing customer transactions such as order management, order status inquiries, backorders, and delivery confirmations, promptly notifying customers of any issues and updating portals as needed.
  • Ensuring purchase orders align with company's terms and conditions, and coordinating with the business using Salesforce tools for customer relationship management
  • Preparing and reviewing reports, internal and external dashboards, and contributing to client meetings to analyse service processes and drive improvements in cycle time and On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) performance
  • Collaborating with internal logistics, Customer Issue Resolution, collection teams, and business stakeholders to uphold service quality and resolve claims effectively
  • Participating in customer meetings to identify opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction, communication, and operational efficiency

Profil kandydata

  • Fluent Spanish, Portuguese and English (at least B2) - written and spoken
  • Work Permit in Poland
  • Experience in Customer Service, Order Management or similar
  • Strong SAP skills (knowledge of Salesforce will be a plus)
  • Customer centric attitude
