Work experience

Tasks:
  • Legal assessment/assistance/research and analysis of documents of relevance for the Agency, including analysis and assessment of EU Policy Documents;
  • Assistance in revising, drafting of documents and presentations; participation in selected meetings and events;
  • Participation to and drafting of meeting reports on a daily basis from various internal meetings, online working groups with external partners, workshops and alike;
  • When required, performing information collection and collation, simple legal analysis, legal opinions, and analysis of policy documents in different areas of interest for LES;
  • Support in the preparation of administrative tasks when required, including financial aspects;
  • Elaborate the list of tasks and deadlines on daily basis; monitor its fulfilment, provide reminders and report on the status of accomplishment;
  • Participation an ad hoc training and webinars on behalf of the Sector and relevant reporting;
  • Activities of project management and tasking terms / merits management;
  • Desk researches on monographic areas on diverse matters, particularly crime-related;
  • Assist and participate in high-level meetings/gatherings/workshops/round tables etc. from preparation, to attendance, conclusion and follow-up.
