Join the Consumer Sales Team and work with two of the most innovative and online sales platforms in our organization, grow our business with the digital teams and agencies.

This role is Sales based but works closely with both Amazon Global team and D2C team and will be responsible to grow sales and implement global strategies into local activities together with Local Digital Manager and Agency.

This role will allow you to work with a full funnel approach on our Philips Hue D2C platform for Poland where you will be able to use your skills and learn the newest technologies used in online sales, social commerce and fastest growing channels. You will have a strong team and will work closely with our Sales Leader, Product Managers, Global D2C & Global Amazon team.

What you will do:

  • Online Sales Management: Drive and coordinate the sales activities for all categories of Signify Products ( Philips Hue, Wiz Lighting, LED Luminaries)  collaborating with local stakeholders and the central D2C & Amazon e-commerce team.
  • Commercial Representation: Represent D2C E-commerce agenda and ensure continuous development across all commercial aspects and channel dimensions. Prepare presentations and analysis of local Amazon performance and D2C performance including sell out data, product performance.
  • Team Collaboration & D2C growth -  Work closely with other D2C shop leads on new ideas to improve online sales and digital capabilities.
  • Market Analysis: Understand market trends and adjust selling approaches accordingly, in close collaboration with the central team and local teams.
  • Promotion Planning: Review and actively drive promotion and activation activities, both short-term and long-term, aligned with the Global Marketing Calendar and Global promotions prepared by D2C team and central Amazon team.
  • Digital Marketing: Understand SEO, SEM, email, display ads, A/B testing and social media to drive site traffic and generate demand â Work closely with Signify Digital Marketing Manager and Agency to localize and maximize sales through funnel approach.
  • Demand Forecasting: Understand forecasting concepts based on sell-out and collaborate with Demand Planner and Planning teams.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly reports, including analyses on performance KPIs (conversion rates, traffic per channel, campaign results) and suggest corrective actions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with central and local sales, marketing, supply chain, and product line teams to maximize the impact for Polish market
  • Business Development: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to drive growth and expand market reach for D2C and Amazon (partnerships)

Your qualifications:

  • +5 years experience in Digital Marketing/Online Sales/D2C sales/ Marketplaces sales
  • Proven experience in D2C (direct to consumer) business or sales based on sell out approach
  • Solid understanding of a typical e-commerce environment
  • Fluency in English and Polish
  • Proficiency in understanding sell out data & performance data
  • Proven analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, agility, result-orientation, and business acumen.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders effectively.

  • Previous experience with social commerce and Social Media used in online sales.
