HR Shared Services Operations Team Leader with German

As an HR Shared Service Operations Team Leader, your primary responsibility will be to deliver superior service to our clients by driving and optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of the HR Operation Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a cross-country team dedicated to serving the German, Swiss, and Austrian markets. Your main objectives will be to foster a high-performing and engaged culture, ensuring that the team consistently demonstrates the right attitudes, behaviors, and capabilities. You will have the opportunity to partner with internal stakeholders from Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, building and developing long-term relationships with them.

We will count on you to:

  • Manage the team (workload management, teamâs engagement, coaching, talent development, constructive feedback, annual appraisals process, recruit new team members)
  • Deliver the highest quality of service in HR Admin operations by executing all activities in compliance with existing procedures, legal regulations and customer requirements
  • Work closely with multiple stakeholders in driving an optimal resource management strategy to retain knowledge and effective use of manpower
  • Take part on onboarding, training and supporting current and new Team members
  • Identify key delivery areas and develop client metrics and scorecard for operational excellence
  • Act as point of contact for all process / people related escalations

What you need to have:

  • 2+ years of previous experience in a similar position
  • Excellent proven managerial skills
  • University degree (preferable HR)
  • Knowledge of labor law, social security and tax regulations 
  • Excellent German and very good command of English
  • Proficiency in MS Office (in particular Excel)
  • Experience in managing processes and projects
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
