What youâll do:

  • Co-prepare the excellence program details with evaluation & selection criteria,

  • Support in developing communication calendar and engaging content to be published internally on our company website and other communication channels like Yammer,

  • Co-create and execute communication strategy to promote SEC Replication,

  • Work closely and support global excellence program manager in project management activities and event preparation ,

  • Assist and support additional communication efforts as defined by the global team,

  • Handle and clearly communicate overall campaign timelines and project deliverables.

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelorâs or masterâs degree in psychology, Business or Management,

  • Fluent in English,

  • Microsoft Office 365 and MS Teams hold no secrets for you,

  • Good organizing skills,  time management and solving problems + proactive approach,

  • Excellent communication skills,

  • Experience in communication - would be an advantage,

  • Open-minded and can-do attitude, eagerness to learn and passion about new technologies,

  • Creativity and collaboration skills are a must,

  • You are entrepreneurial: you think and act solution-oriented and take initiative. You like to think out of the box.

  • You are a team player, while also being able to work well independently.
