Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver the Service Excellence Program, focusing on enhancing customer service skills and creating a culture of exceptional service.
  • Conduct engaging seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions to support the Velux Business Services organization.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify training needs across various departments and teams.
  • Mentor and support new hires during their onboarding process.
  • Maintain attendance records and other relevant documentation.
  • Support Lean Expert in conducting Lean trainings and workshops.
  • Prepare educational content, such as module summaries, videos, and other resources.
  • Create effective training programs that align with business goals and enhance employee skills.

Your Qualifications

  • More than 1 year of experience in a specific field (Business Optimisation, Service Excellence) as a trainer.
  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree.
  • Advanced MS Office experience.
  • Very good knowledge of English (min. C1 level).
  • Self-driven, proactive, and flexible.
  • Great communication skills and a constructive mindset towards challenges.
  • Feeling of ownership and responsibility for the tasks.
  • Team player, with a can-do attitude.
