Guardian Glass is looking for the next Inside Sales Coordinator.

Our Team

The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing relationships with assigned customers, providing pre-sales and after-sales support, and overseeing the order fulfillment process.

This role involves coordinating orders, developing customer-supplier relationships in collaboration with outside sales representatives, and handling customer inquiries and requests.

The Inside Sales Coordinator acts as a vital link between customers, the outside sales team, and the European plants, understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.

Close cooperation with various departments like marketing, finance, technical, logistics, and production is essential, along with managing quotations and project follow-ups.

The position operates in a dynamic environment, requiring the ideal candidate to identify problems and implement continuous improvement processes to provide effective solutions.

What You Will Do
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries
  • Develop trustful relationships with clients
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience across all sales channels
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Resolve customer account enquiries
  • Anticipate customer needs and identify business opportunities
  • Expand relationships with existing customers
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Establish beneficial outcomes in client relationships
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Prior experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, customer-focused, and results-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to challenge the status quo
