Opis Pracy

EMEAR Partner Marketing Campaigns & Enablement Manager


• Partner Campaign Content
Engaging with global and regional teams to understand forthcoming campaigns, influencing to represent the needs of regional partners of all types and advising on all matters related to partner messaging. Flagging where partner needs, messaging and content are not met and highlighting regional specific opportunities. Managing localisation needs for partner marketing content through the region and managing campaign lifecycle, including retiring campaigns. Includes being the interlock point with regional Campaign teams aligned to company's strategic offers, to ensure partner content visibility is mapped to company's overall regional marketing approach


• Partner Enablement
Represent company's strategy and available resources directly to partners and distributors through comms channels and events, including company's flagship Marketing Velocity (MV) event, other partner events/webinars, quarterly Distribution updates, company's MV Voice community, etc. Maintain company's Partner Marketing Guide as a key resource to ensure company's partners have a central go-to eBook for latest information on campaigns, MV Central Platform navigation and services, onboarding etc. Work with Global counterparts to ensure a company has all the latest information represented


• Partner Marketing Manager (PMM) Liaison
Be the single point of contact for EMEAR PMMs around available content and opportunity data aligned to campaigns, advocacy and brand questions. Present regularly to PMMs about new content available. Work with Planning & Insights Lead to maintain a view of data sources that partners and PMMs can use to understand market opportunities and target their marketing campaigns & activities and support the enablement of PMMs and partners on these resources. Feed into global discussions about the development of these resources


• Support Global Governance
Represent the needs of EMEAR partners in discussions with GPM around a variety of topics, including campaign governance, partner marketing platforms, enablement content, partner research/surveys, KPIs, etc.


• Partner Advocacy Interlock
Work with regional advocacy team and global partner stories team to help steer regional partner perspective in customer and partner stories


• Measurement & ROI
Develop a deep understanding and become the go-to for performance and optimisation across all Partner campaigns. Ensuring all key stakeholders regularly informed, and feeding-in business & local insight. Close partnership with company's Marketing Insights & Analytics team to track and optimise partner campaign content, through a consistent reporting dashboard

Who You Are:

• 6/8+ years' experience in Channel marketing and programs, with additional time in a closely-related role in marketing or sales

• Proven success in executing channel programs that drive partner sourced pipeline growth

• Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to blend technology and business strategy to develop compelling partner messaging

• Successful track record driving partner marketing campaigns from planning through implementation, on time and on budget

• Skilled at building strong relationships with marketing counterparts and partners and influencing at senior level

• Proactive, energetic, self-starter looking to have a significant impact on business success

• Exceptional communication skills & strong administration and organizational skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language
