We're on the hunt for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team of 5 members. This role is the heartbeat of our marketing team, keeping things running smoothly and making sure our ideas turn into reality. Responsibilities:- Coordinating projects and campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
- Collaborating with external agencies to execute marketing campaigns and projects.
- Coordinating of organization of events and conferences.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and optimize processes.
- Managing marketing calendars, schedules, and deadlines.
- Fluency in English (min. C1).
- Experience in marketing coordination or operations roles preferably in Crypto, Gaming or Fintech industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and project management tools: Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge and passion for the crypto industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.
