Workforce Administration is the backbone of all HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle, If working smoothly, remains invisible, but even small pain point can impact process and employee experience significantly, that's why as WFA global team our key aspirations are to streamline processes with standardization, improved employee experience and efficiency as our guiding principles.

To support on the design, development, and deployment of global processes, we are looking for a WFA global Process Analyst. The role will develop a broad understanding of PepsiCo and an in-depth knowledge across a specific WFA process areas and tools.

Responsibilities
  • Works with key stakeholder to create the data and analysis for the WFA activities from EC / Snow for the sectors & countries;
  • Partners with Change Management & Project Management teams during process design, planning, implementation of the WFA process;
  • Partners with WFA SMEs in the Hubs / Sectors towards collection, understanding, documentation and translation of the business requirements for the WFA project;
  • Works with manager & project team to review the Business Process design and documentations to ensure that all the relevant information has been captured;
  • Partners with WFA SMEs in the Hubs/Sectors to develop process understanding, challenges, local systems involved as a continues learning process;
  • Manages issue gathering and resolution within a project environment ensuring that business requirements are met without compromising the integrity of the process improvement(s) or applications being implemented;
  • Collaborates with other business and functional analysts to ensure consistency and quality of system and process implementations and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives across the Analyst pool;
  • Documents all work using the required standards, methods and tools and recommend /lead improvements to standards where appropriate.
Qualifications
  • 7-9 years of experience on WFA activities;
  • Previous experience in ServiceNow environment;
  • 6 years of experience of working in Employee Central environment including good understanding of EC;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to effectively manage conversations with different sectors;
  • Strong leadership skills;
  • Positive approach.
