one year experience in customer service/order management area (especially SSC/BPO) - nice to have, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities, detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
