TWOJA ROLA
  • Aktywne poszukiwanie możliwości wzrostu sprzedaży w różnych kategoriach
  • Przekładanie globalnych strategii marek na lokalne działania i rozwiązania dla klientów
  • Przewidywanie długoterminowych trendów rynkowych i konsumenckich oraz wyciąganie wniosków z dostępnych badań rynkowych dla wybranych kategorii
  • Opracowywanie strategii dla kategorii produktów i kanałów sprzedaży
  • Pomoc w określaniu jasnych priorytetów dla klienta
  • Definiowanie strategii dystrybucyjnej, asortymentowej oraz zapewnianie widoczności produktów w punkcie sprzedaży
  • Aktywna współpraca z klientami poprzez udział i współprowadzenie warsztatów kategorialnych oraz realizacja projektów wspierających zarządzanie kategoriami
