Procurement Specialist (Procurement Value Partner)

The role is based in the newly formed One Procurement team that operates in all Roche entities in Poland, driving great customer experience, alignment across entities and constantly searching for improvements in processes.

The Opportunity

  • Cocreates OneProcurement for both divisions in Poland, shares knowledge with other Procurement Partners while looking for new solutions and contributing to constant teamwork improvement
  • Managing endtoend process in the assigned procurement categories while sharing values across both Polish divisions, assessing risks, cocreating and implementing procurement strategies.
  • Building lasting relationships with suppliers, business partners and internal stakeholders from both Polish divisions, bringing a strategic sourcing perspective to all key processes.
  • Conducting and monitoring negotiations across the applicable categories of spendpool contract planning, negotiation, execution, interpretation, and maintenance;
  • Identifying and driving productivity improvements by leading joint supplier/unit teams pursuing cost reduction opportunities in alignment with the sourcing strategy.
Who you are

  • An experienced Procurement Partner/Specialist with 3+ years of indirect procurement experience
  • A proactive, selfdriven individual with a positive cando attitude, great sense of ownership and accountability and with a desire to make an impact as a part of a highgrowth, transformational team that is Bold, Relentless, Curious, and Collaborative.
  • Able to work both independently and in crossfunctional teams.
  • Showing analytical skills, capability of processing big data sets & drawing right conclusions with proven negotiation skills.
  • Present experience in managing multiple priorities and projects in parallel.
  • Fluent in Polish and English
