The Team

The Commercial and Financial Solutions team focuses on selling OPEX solutions to clients. This involves a multifaceted approach, including managing pricing, negotiating contracts, analyzing profit and loss statements, overseeing governance protocols, securing credit approvals, and obtaining internal consents. These tasks ensure seamless sales processes and the establishment of mutually beneficial partnerships with clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Produce detailed contractual documents with financial partners to align client transactions with company financial goals
  • Foster communication for governance and stakeholder approvals during negotiations
  • Ensure contractual agreements meet financial standards and company policies
  • Manage relationships with clients' financial departments, offering portfolio management and strategic advice
  • Perform portfolio management tasks, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to financial protocols
  • Build enduring partnerships by addressing financial concerns, seeking collaboration opportunities, and promoting growth

What you bring to the team

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in finance and contract management
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to tasks
