  • In your Customer and Sales Support Business Process Consultant role, you will primarily be involved in assisting with Customer Set-up as well as daily and monthly activities. This will include liaising with customers, distributors, or sellers to ensure services are delivered, managing logistics and handling any service modifications.
  • Within the customer set-up, you will be responsible for addressing sales inquiries based on location and volume. You will use specialized tools to assist in service cost calculations, environmental impact assessments, and providing service agreements based on site assessments.
  • You will also oversee collection trackers for recycled hand towels, share monthly collection reports with sales teams, and prepare service orders on a monthly basis. This will involve generating reports based on collection data and system updates.

About You

  • You are motivated to take ownership of your responsibilities and help others achieve their goals at the highest standards. You thrive in a performance-driven culture that values genuine care and embraces challenging objectives.
  • With experience in customer and sales support within a multinational company and a university degree, you are equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed in your role. Your strong English communication abilities enable you to interact effectively across all levels. Proficiency in Dutch or German is a valuable asset.
  • You are a continuous learner, an expert in your field, inquisitive, and always seeking improved methods. Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot table creation, V-Lookup, and percentage calculations, among other related tasks, is part of your skill set.
