As a member of the Vendor Management team within the External Partnerships department, your primary responsibility will be to foster strong relationships with the company's vendors, serving as their main point of contact. Additionally, you will act as the internal owner of vendor information, maintaining accurate records in the company's management system, and coordinating with internal teams to address any vendor-related issues or queries. This role will provide you with the opportunity to play a pivotal part in negotiating vendors' rates and ensuring the most cost-effective financial conditions. You will also be involved in the recruitment process and tasked with monitoring the performance of vendors.

This position presents the chance to acquire invaluable industry knowledge and best business practices from experienced team members, focusing on communication, negotiation, and resource management.

Responsibilities:

· Maintaining up-to-date vendor records within the company's systems.

· Developing and nurturing positive relationships with vendors.

· Addressing any vendor concerns promptly and professionally.

· Negotiating rates with both prospective and existing vendors to support cost management efforts and maximize project profitability while upholding quality.

· Aiding in assessing vendors' capacity and availability to ensure timely project execution and resource allocation.

· Supporting vendor recruitment, including testing, negotiating rates and conditions, successful onboarding, and conducting performance evaluations.

· Liaising with the rest of the External Partnerships team and other departments, especially Project Management, Localization, QA, Administration, and HR.

· Contributing to the efficient operation of the department by assisting with assigned ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

You're encouraged to apply even if you do not meet all the requirements, but proficiency in English is a must for daily internal and external communication.

· Excellent command of English, minimum B2 level.

· PC proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

· Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage tasks effectively.

· Professional demeanor for representing the company in external interactions.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective communication with vendors and internal team members.

· At least one year of experience in a role involving external-party communication.

· Attention to detail (put the keyword tambourine in your application).

· A bachelor's degree is preferable, but if you're a student, we also encourage you to apply.
