AXA XL is establishing a new approach to delivery using agile methodologies and an updated vendor structure to enhance technology delivery efficiency while ensuring alignment with business objectives. This Digital Factory will initially focus on developing new capabilities for Fusion Transformation, followed by expansion to other functions within GT (Global Technology) and IDA (Innovation, Data & Analytics). As an Office Operations Specialist in the Digital Factory Office, you will play a crucial role in facilitating seamless operations and delivery across various areas. You will be reporting to the Digital Factory Office lead, a key member of the Digital Factory Leadership team. Your duties will involve providing strategic support to leadership, overseeing operations and governance reporting, assisting in marketing and communications activities, managing release processes, and supporting service transitions. This role calls for a proactive individual with outstanding coordination, communication, and organizational abilities.

What will your core responsibilities include?

  • Support the Digital Factory Office Lead, Head of Digital Factory, and Delivery Leads in overseeing the Digital Factory operations
  • Coordinate and curate content for senior leadership meetings, strategic planning, and governance
  • Aid Digital Factory Leadership in internal coordination among key functions and strategic programs
  • Ensure effective coordination of agile product squads and maintain high-quality operational delivery reporting
  • Manage performance tracking of Digital Factory for leadership and executive stakeholders
  • Meet PMO requirements such as program status reporting, risk reporting, and governance controls
  • Assist in implementing SAFe agile principles and Lean Portfolio Management practices
  • Serve as a primary contact for Global Technology related to Digital Factory
  • Support content curation and management for internal program-related communications
  • Coordinate release management activities and service transitions following AXA XL's Scaled Agile Delivery Model
  • Collaborate with product squads to plan and execute service transitions

You will be directly reporting to the Digital Factory Office Lead.

We are seeking an individual with the following skills and capabilities:

  • Demonstrated experience in program management of digital businesses and technology-led transformations, preferably in an agile environment
  • Knowledge of scaled agile methodologies, program and transformation management, corporate governance, KPI tracking, and release management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders
Desired Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficient in C-level storytelling and dynamic presentation
  • Experience in engaging with C-level and senior stakeholders regularly
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and situations
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to challenges
  • Familiarity with agile tools and software like JIRA, Planview, and Confluence
