Job Description

Turner & Townsend are seeking a Construction Cost Control/ Cost Engineering Analyst to work on major construction projects in the Chemicals, Industrial, Manufacturing, Data Centers or Pharma sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for financial, cost elements, cost reporting
  • Preparing estimates and cost plans to include producing and presenting the deliverable.
  • Drives cost reduction strategies
  • Provides varying levels of advice and financial information to operational business groups
  • Producing monthly post contract cost reports and presenting them to the client
  • Independently and proactively analyzes financial information and develops solutions to complex problems.
  • Ensures compliance with reporting standards and corporate policies
Qualifications
  • Experience in construction cost control/ cost engineering analysis, across Industrial, MEP, Data Center, Life sciences or other related sectors.
  • Bachelors, Masters or MBA degree in Construction, Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
  • Thorough working knowledge of Construction Project Controls, Cost Engineering, finance, accounting and business analysis.
