Twój zakres obowiązków Współpraca przy instalacji i konfiguracji nowych i istniejących elementów sieci, tj. serwery, koncentratory, przełączniki, routery, mosty, modemy, szafy krosownicze, itp.,
Przyjmowanie i obsługa zgłoszeń serwisowych w ramach pierwszej linii wsparcia w zakresie:
Przygotowanie/konfiguracja sprzętu dla użytkowników (komputery, telefony, tablety, drukarki)
Podłączanie i konfiguracja urządzeń na stanowiskach roboczych zgodnie z procedurami instalacyjnymi,
Konserwacja, usuwanie usterek i naprawa sprzętu stanowiskowego i infrastruktury sieciowej,
Instalacja i konfiguracja oprogramowania klienckiego na stacjach roboczych użytkowników, aktualizacja oprogramowania i sterowników urządzeń
Wnioskowanie do bezpośredniego przełożonego o wystawianie zleceń do serwisów zewnętrznych.
Prowadzenie ewidencji sprzętu komputerowego oraz licencji oprogramowania w zakresie informatyki centralnej i stanowiskowej.
Nasze wymagania Wykształcenie min. średnie, związane z informatyką.
Udokumentowane doświadczenie zawodowe w realizacji zadań związanych z pracą na podobnym stanowisku
Znajomości technologii hardware i software dobrej znajomości zagadnień sieciowych
Znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu umożliwiającym korzystanie z dokumentacji.
Znajomość obsługi programów komputerowych: MS OFFICE, SCCM. JIRA, INTUNE
Umiejętność analizy i syntezy informacji, poszukiwania i selekcji informacji, logicznego myślenia, wyrażania i obrony swojego zdania.
Aktywne podejście do rozwiązywania zadań i problemów, dokładność i precyzja, terminowość
Komunikatywność, umiejętność pracy w zespole i budowania relacji z otoczeniem.
