Poland Commercial Excellence Lead

About the role

The focus is on driving Commercial Excellence in Poland. Develop and coordinate the commercial agenda across key channels to enhance value creation and P&L leverage by driving NRM, Sales Force Effectiveness, Categories Growth platforms, and Building Commercial Capabilities. Lead Strategic Commercial Projects at the country level based on trade structures and market routes.

Role Responsibilities

  • Net Revenue Management: Optimize pricing, promos, mix management, and trade investments. Implement mitigation plans for price exposure.
  • Perfect Store mindset: Ensure best segmentation and drive sales effectiveness.
  • Customer Marketing: Deliver campaigns aligned with insights and coordinate with Brand Marketing.
  • Category Development: Drive business via Categories Growth Stories and strengthen shopper knowledge.
  • Commercial Capability Building: Coordinate tools localization and implementation.
  • CEE Regional Level Involvement: Identify commercial initiatives to enhance performance.
  • Leadership Responsibilities: Set and achieve business goals, contribute to organizational culture, and drive people development.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Commercial experience across Consumer Healthcare or FMCG.
  • Experience in NRM, SFE, and capability strategies.
  • Strong in project management and strategic alignment.
  • Significant people management experience.
  • Proven Challenge Status Quo and Drive Business mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to influence at all levels and work in a matrix structure.
  • Excellent English skills.
