Poland is one of the largest, most important Coca-Cola markets in Europe with significant headroom for Stills growth (i.e. non sparkling soft drinks). This new role - Stills Operations Director - reports directly to President of East Operations, directly works on day-day basis with Country Manager Poland, plugs into CCH and is an integral part of the wider Europe Stills Network.

We are looking for candidates with commercial & operational acumen, strategic line of sight, appetite for growth, who can collaborate, build strong relationships, and who ́s not afraid to personally roll up the sleeves.

What You'll Do for Us- As a member of Poland Leadership Team, you lead priority categories Juices, Advanced Hydration & Tea all the way from business planning to execution together with CCH, and you ́re a part of the Europe Stills Network. In more detail:

  • Deliver top & bottom-line growth within Juices, Advanced Hydration and Tea.
  • Support long-range and annual business plan in collaboration with CCH to unveil growth opportunities.
  • Lead execution of annual business plan together with CCH (consumer, shopper, commercial) across channels and secure in-market excellence.
  • Partner with marketing to ensure we have demand levers to grow consumer base
  • Track our business performance and re-plan when necessary.
  • Track and understand competitive performance and create plans to capture opportunities or address threats.
  • Support RGM (Revenue Growth Management), with CCH and KO RGM teams.
  • Glue Poland Network: CCH: Channel/RGM/Category/activations. KO; FLA/Category/Finance/Technical, Strategy and mobilize necessary cross functional resources to identify and resolve barriers to growth.
  • Design and lead Stills Governance within Poland and wider Europe Stills Network.
  • Deliver the playbook in other countries within region, when and where required.

Your Qualifications & Engagement Style

  • Significant Business experience in Operation / Commercial / Marketing
  • Knowledge of portfolio management & priority-setting
  • Experience driving complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders of different seniority levels
  • Understands shopper, channel, customer, supply chain and brand P&L's. Knowledge of Polish market helps
  • Ability to influence with numbers, concepts & ideas in both written and oral form
  • Adaptable, communicates clearly & succinctly and builds deep relations with wide network of stakeholders

Territory: Belongs to Eastern Europe and deployed in Poland

Based in: Warsaw, Poland.

Regional Role; Role requires to be responsible for all required markets in East Europe

Functions to Plug into: CCH Portfolio/ Commercial Development, KO Stills Transformation, KO Category & FLA

Agile Working: Role may require to be physically located in other East Region countries as we deliver Stills transformation journey.

Travel requirement: 25%
