HR Delivery Specialist with Slovak/Czech

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR function across various process areas such as Recruiting Support, Onboarding, HR Data management, Training Administration, and Travel Management, utilizing remote channels (e.g., email, ticketing system, phone/Skype) and adhering to established procedures
  • Perform data entries and maintain HR systems
  • Prepare and update process documentation
  • Participate in transition and implementation projects
  • Offer process support and trainings to colleagues
  • Serve as a point of contact for complex/escalated cases
  • Take ownership of process improvement initiatives
  • Handle ad hoc HR administration tasks
  • Execute other supervisor's directives

Your Qualifications

  • Hold a college degree or HR-related qualification
  • Possess professional experience in administration, ideally in HR and/or Shared Service Center environments and/or involvement in transition projects
  • Have knowledge and experience in using MS Office tools (especially MS Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrate familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) and/or willingness to learn new tools
  • Strong Slovak and/or Czech language skills, additional language proficiency is advantageous
  • Display organizational talent with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer-oriented skills
  • Be adaptable to change and a dynamic work environment
  • Capable of working independently with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Focused on delivering high quality work and striving for continuous improvement
