Looking for a Transition Manager for our new Service Delivery Center for Finance Operations

The purpose of the role is to support the establishment and growth of a Service Delivery Centre (SDC) by overseeing the transition of all finance operations activities from various countries to SDC Warsaw. This involves project planning, dependency tracking, and risk management.

Your role involves:

  • Leading and managing SDC transition activities in alignment with the Transition Team
  • Managing all phases and signoffs according to Transition Approach
  • Mapping stakeholders in each affected country
  • Ensuring smooth information flow and issue escalation as per Transition Governance setup
  • Developing a plan for work shadowing during the transition period for all services
  • Ensuring readiness of all processes for transition and preparing the SDC team for knowledge transfer
  • Preparing local employees for transition and conducting knowledge transfer sessions
  • Coordinating functional area resources' work related to transition activities and knowledge transfer

To excel in this role, we look for:

  • Experience in project management of significant change initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Understanding of shared services to be transferred
  • Preferably, knowledge of process documentation and knowledge transfer methodology
  • Emphasis on quality deliverables
  • Self-motivated, outgoing, flexible, and willing to travel
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
