Within this structure, we are seeking specialists in international accounting & tax, human resources, payroll, global entity management, and related areas. We are also forming teams responsible for managing international funds and supporting TMF Group's internal financial operations.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to work either remotely or adopt a hybrid approach, operating from the Katowice office.
Job Purpose
The Onboarding Payroll Specialist will assist the Onboarding Team in the setup of new client payrolls, managing administrative tasks such as parallel runs and scenario testing. Responsibilities include producing reports for senior staff to present to clients, collaborating with colleagues of varying experience levels, and ensuring the delivery of efficient, professional, and high-quality services to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for accurate collection and loading of data to establish new client payrolls
- Processing and reviewing parallel and regular runs for weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls
- Conducting payment reviews
- Meeting deadlines for assigned client tasks
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and payroll regulations
- Utilizing TMF's payroll software effectively
- Maintaining databases, client records, and tracking tools
- Assisting in payroll audits and reporting of benefits
- Staying updated on local payroll and tax legislation changes
- Participating in payroll-related projects as needed
- Providing administrative support to the payroll team
- Attending client meetings occasionally
- Performing other duties as required
Key Requirements
- Hold IPASS/CIPP or equivalent qualification, or willingness to pursue the qualification
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume payroll role
- In-depth knowledge of Paye As You Earn and PRSI/NI
- Familiarity with Revenue's online services and bank transfer processes
- Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in statistical reporting
- Strong problem-solving skills and communication abilities
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Capability to communicate professionally and concisely with clients
