As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting & tax, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.

At this role you will have possibility to work remotely or hybrid from the office in Katowice.

Job purpose

The Client Payments Assistant ensures the preparation of payments of his or her Client's suppliers, employees and/or administrations. He/she guarantees the quality of the service, both technically and in terms of relationships across his/her entire portfolio of Clients. S/he does his or her best to communicate and inform the different stakeholders of any trouble that can be met in the payment process and remains very careful about the payment and its follow-up.

Responsibilities:

Organize the preparation of electronic payments on behalf of our customer (suppliers, employees, social security funds); Monitor the Client's bank account (including control of available funds, control of the transfer of the funds); Manage the administrative aspects related to the bank account (opening, management and closing); Prepare the payment batch to be validated by the clients; Prepare the documents for validation of payments, monitor and file these documents; Liaise with the operational team in charge of this client (payroll, accounting and tax and/or Cosec); Update the corresponding procedures; Process various administrative tasks on behalf of our clients; Fulfill all the payment steps from beginning to end and achieve the expected deadlines.

Requirements:

Excellent knowledge of English Proficiency with Microsoft Office Good communication skills and proactive attitude Ability to meet expectations, deadlines and commitments Ability to deal with confidential documents and information
