We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to work for a multinational client, the European Border and Coast Guard Agency (FRONTEX), located in Warsaw/Poland.
Candidate should be citizen of member states of the European Union (EU nationality).
Work Type: Interim employment

Main tasks:
  • Support the document flows and archiving,
  • Support in drafting notes, letters, reports, payment records and follow-ups on documents,
  • Support in preparation and evaluation of internal trainings,
  • Assist in the organisation of online and physical meetings,
  • Assist in arranging missions, flight bookings and agenda management,
  • Monitor functional mailboxes and communicate with internal and external parties.
Job requirements:
  • Secondary or higher education,
  • Good command of oral and written English (B1/B2 level),
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the field of Administration, possibly exposed to information management, project management, events management or other areas,
  • Practical knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word & Outlook), experience in any other professional tools is considered as an advantage,
  • High level of responsibility and communication skills.
