PROJECT INFORMATION:

Industry: banking Location: Gdańsk (hybrid) Rate: up to PLN /h net + VAT, B2B Project language: Polish, English

YOUR TASKS:

Oversight of external vendors to enable the delivery of IT services to internal and external customers. Process automation and continuous improvement of the service based on application performance. Provide technical expertise on complex technical issues and lead your team in problem solving. Collaboration with service leaders and business stakeholders - managing IT operations in accordance with ITIL best practices, Lean philosophy and agility principles. Incident, change and problem management - ensuring application availability, stability and compliance with internal and external requirements. Work on simplifying and modernizing supported applications. Participating in migration and decommissioning projects and process automation initiatives and implementation. Managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Coordinate meetings, ensure technical compliance and provide solutions. Being responsible for all aspects of IT service delivery provided by the application support team.

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 2 years of professional experience with excellent experience working in architecture and technology implementation and architecture of large-scale enterprise solutions. Strong technical and leadership background with direct contact with senior management Experience in IT service management after incident and problem management within ITIL. Experience with technical architecture and understanding of modern application stacks spanning both open source and third-party vendor technologies. Technical competences in the field of own IT infrastructure, cloud-based systems, networks, scripts and knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Splunk, App Dynamics, Jenkins. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead, negotiate and build consensus, and work individually or in a team.
