Detailed work task description

  • Supervise external vendors for IT services provided to internal and external clients.
  • Automate processes and stimulate continuous service enhancement, based on application performance.
  • Offer technical expertise on intricate technical matters and lead your team in issue resolution. Collaboration with Service Leads and Business stakeholders.
  • Manage IT operations aligning with ITIL best practices, lean philosophy, and agile principles. Leading Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
  • Ensure applications' availability, stability, and compliance with internal and external standards. Constantly focusing on streamlining and modernizing supported applications.
  • Engage in migration, decommissioning projects, process automation initiatives, and Nordea onboarding.
  • Handle relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Organizing meetings, ensuring technical compliance, and providing resolutions.
  • Take charge of all aspects of IT service delivery by the application support team.

Description of required knowledge and experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience with a proven track record in architecture, technology implementation, and large-scale enterprise solution architecture.
  • Possess a robust technical and leadership background with direct exposure to senior management.
  • Experience in IT service management including incident and problem management within the ITIL framework.
  • Familiarity with technical architecture and comprehension of modern application stacks integrating open-source and 3rd party vendor technologies.
  • Proficiency in In-house IT infrastructures, Cloud-based systems, Network, scripting, and tools like JIRA, Splunk, App Dynamics, Jenkins.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, negotiate, build consensus, and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Service-oriented, driven, and enthusiastic about resolving challenging issues.
