Opis stanowiska: Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za strategiczne planowanie, zarządzanie oraz realizację wszystkich działań związanych z IT w firmie. Obejmuje to nadzór nad infrastrukturą IT, zapewnienie bezpieczeństwa danych, kierowanie zespołem specjalistów IT oraz wprowadzanie innowacji technologicznych celem wspierania naszych celów biznesowych.

Zadania
  • Opracowywanie i wdrażanie strategii IT zgodnych z celami biznesowymi firmy.
  • Monitorowanie budżetu IT, zapewnienie efektywności kosztowej i finansowej.
  • Zapewnienie niezawodności, wydajności i bezpieczeństwa wszystkich systemów i infrastruktury IT.
  • Kierowanie konserwacją, aktualizacją oraz wdrożeniem sprzętu i oprogramowania.
  • Zarządzanie, mentorowanie i rozwijanie zespołu specjalistów IT.
  • Odpowiedzialność za rekrutację, szkolenia oraz ocenę efektywności pracowników IT.
  • Zarządzanie projektami IT, dbając o terminowe ich zakończenie i wpisanie się w budżet.
  • Koordynacja współpracy z różnymi działami celem zaspokojenia ich potrzeb technologicznych.
  • Wdrożenie oraz zarządzanie środkami bezpieczeństwa cybernetycznego w celu ochrony danych i systemów firmy.
  • Śledzenie najnowszych zagrożeń oraz rozwiązań z obszaru cyberbezpieczeństwa.
  • Negocjowanie oraz zarządzanie relacjami z dostawcami IT i usługodawcami.
  • Zapewnienie zgodności z umowami dotyczącymi poziomu usług (SLA) i kontraktami.
  • Identyfikacja możliwości innowacji technologicznych oraz usprawnień procesów.
  • Śledzenie nowych technologii i trendów w branży.
Wymagania
  • Ponad 8 lat doświadczenia w zarządzaniu IT, w tym minimum 3 lata na stanowisku kierowniczym.
  • Doświadczenie z SAP.
  • Silna wiedza techniczna z zakresu infrastruktury IT, sieci i systemów.
  • Udokumentowane doświadczenie w zarządzaniu projektami i zespołami IT.
  • Doskonałe umiejętności przywódcze, komunikacyjne i interpersonalne.
  • Biegłość w praktykach cyberbezpieczeństwa i zarządzaniu ryzykiem.
  • Doświadczenie w chmurze, analizie danych i rozwoju oprogramowania jest dodatkowym atutem.
  • Wymagana znajomość języka angielskiego oraz polskiego.
