Dla mojego Klienta - międzynarodowego producenta z branży FMCG, będącego rynkowym liderem w ramach swojej kategorii produktów w tym momencie poszukuję kandydatów/kandydatek zainteresowanych pracą na stanowisku Brand Managera.

Opis stanowiska

  • tworzenie i wdrażanie strategii mającej na celu budowanie świadomości marki i zwiększenie lojalności klientów;
  • projektowanie i realizacja kampanii marketingowych, obejmujących różnorodne kanały komunikacji;
  • zarządzanie budżetem marketingowym, alokacja środków na poszczególne działania w sposób efektywny i zgodny z założonymi celami;
  • szczegółowe monitorowanie wyników prowadzonych kampanii oraz ciągłe poszukiwanie ich optymalizacji;
  • uczestnictwo w projektach interdyscyplinarnych mających na celu wdrażanie innowacji oraz zapewnienie spójności wizerunku marki we wszystkich kanałach;
  • analiza rynku, aktualnych trendów, monitorowanie konkurencji oraz identyfikacja nowych możliwości rozwoju marki;
  • przygotowywanie raportów i prezentacji, przedstawiających osiągnięte wyniki oraz rekomendacje dotyczące dalszych działań.

Profil kandydata

  • minimum 3-letnie doświadczenie z pracy w roli Brand Managera dla produktów z kategorii food;
  • wykształcenie wyższe, preferowane kierunki: marketing, zarządzanie, komunikacja, ekonomia;
  • bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie (min. B2);
  • doskonałe umiejętności analityczne i strategiczne, umożliwiające opracowywanie skutecznych strategii marketingowych;
  • praktyczna umiejętność pracy z danymi Nielsen;
  • doświadczenie w prowadzeniu projektów cross-działowych;
  • umiejętność pracy w zespole oraz wysokie zdolności komunikacyjne;
  • zorientowanie na klienta i wysoki poziom kreatywności.
