Opis stanowiska pracy

Our client, a global supplier of building and interior design solutions, is seeking a candidate to take on a strategic role in developing and expanding the current business model in the CEE North region.

CEE North Business HeadMiejsce pracy: Warszawa

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business set-up in CEE North region (including Poland, Czech, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) for building materials and interior finishing solutions.
  • Overall business development of CEE North region including warehouse set-up in Poland.
  • Plan, develop & manage CEE North business plan in line with organizational goals.
  • Development of customer base by value and volume both of direct & warehouse business.
  • Working closely with current partners and bridge all gaps to introduce the company to the EU market.
  • Develop country/segment-wise business plans for all countries within the region.
  • Develop teams (commercial, warehouse).
  • Manage warehouse, logistics, general operations and monitoring of sales and collections.
  • Develop OEM customers in the region for customized solutions.
  • Close cooperation with marketing & training department in HO.
  • Keep HO abreast of competition activities and trends in the market
  • Increase company's presence in each country and grow value, volume & brand presence.

Requirements:

  • Commercial experience in the panel industry, chipboards, MDF, HPL, CPL, facade etc.
  • Proficient in English language.
  • Hands-on attitude and business development approach.
  • Familiarity with distribution and retail channels.
  • Knowledge of OEM customers (e. g. furniture producers) and architects, developers and investors.
  • Experience in business development and brand management is preferred.
