Zarządzanie zespołem:
  • Planowanie, rekrutowanie, rozwijanie i ocena pracy Project Managerów.
  • Dbanie o właściwe i dostosowane alokowanie czasu pracowników do projektów.
  • Zarządzanie portfelem projektów IT w regionie CEE.
  • Współpraca z właścicielami biznesowymi nad realizacją zakresu, budżetu i harmonogramu projektów.
  • Monitorowanie zagrożeń i reagowanie na ryzyka.
  • Optymalizacja procesu prowadzenia projektów oraz komunikacja z interesariuszami.
  • Przygotowywanie i prowadzenie spotkań oraz prezentacje rozwoju portfela projektów.
  • Optymalizacja kosztów projektów i procesu projektowego.
  • Przygotowywanie raportów dotyczących realizacji projektów, harmonogramów, zasobów oraz kosztów.
Zarządzanie obszarem PMO w regionie CEE: Zarządzanie zespołem 5 osób.
  • Wiedza i doświadczenie w zarządzaniu projektami oraz prowadzeniu portfela projektów dla kilku klientów.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego.
  • Doświadczenie w kierowaniu zespołem i efektywnej komunikacji z interesariuszami.
  • Umiejętność analizy danych, przygotowywania raportów i prezentowania kluczowych informacji.
  • Zrozumienie technologii i procesów IT.
  • Umiejętność zarządzania budżetem, negocjacji z dostawcami i identyfikacji oszczędności.
  • Doświadczenie w doskonaleniu procesów.
  • Znajomość narzędzi takich jak Jira, Confluence.
  • Gotowość do wyjazdów służbowych.
  • Zatrudnienie w oparciu o B2B lub UoP z atrakcyjnym wynagrodzeniem i premią.
  • Praca w biurze w Warszawie z możliwością Home Office.
  • 20% czasu pracy przeznaczonego na wyjazdy służbowe.
