Opis stanowiska

  • Zarządzanie zespołem: Planowanie, rekrutowanie, rozwijanie, ocena pracy zespołu Project Managerów.
  • Dbanie o właściwe, dostosowane do kompetencji i możliwości alokowanie czasu pracowników do portfela projektów.
  • Zarządzanie portfelem projektów IT na terenie CEE.
  • Współpraca z właścicielami biznesowymi projektów nad realizacją zakresu, budżetu i harmonogramu. projektów: Monitorowanie zagrożeń i reagowanie na ryzyka.
  • Optymalizacja procesu prowadzenia projektów: Komunikacja z głównymi interesariuszami.
  • Przygotowywanie i prowadzenie spotkań oraz prezentacji rozwoju portfela projektów.
  • Efektywność Kosztowa: - Optymalizacja kosztów projektów oraz procesu projektowego
  • Raportowanie i Analiza: - Przygotowywanie raportów dotyczących realizacji portfela projektów, harmonogramów, wykorzystanych zasobów oraz kosztów.

Profil kandydata

  • Wiedza i doświadczenie z obszaru zarządzania projektami, doświadczenie w prowadzeniu portfela kilkunastu projektów w środowisku kilku klientów wewnętrznych lub zewnętrznych
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
  • Doświadczenie w kierowaniu zespołem
  • Umiejętność skutecznej komunikacji z interesariuszami na różnych poziomach organizacji.
  • Umiejętność analizy danych, przygotowywania raportów oraz przedstawiania kluczowych informacji zarówno z perspektywy technicznej, jak i biznesowej.
  • Zrozumienie technologii, terminów i procesów IT w tym procesów wytwórczych.
  • Umiejętność efektywnego zarządzania budżetem, negocjacji z dostawcami oraz identyfikacji oszczędności
  • Doświadczenie w ciągłym doskonaleniu procesów.
  • Znajomość narzędzi do zarządzania projektami, takich jak Jira, Confluence
  • Gotowość do odbywania wyjazdów służbowych
