  • Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of key DIY clients to ensure profitable growth
  • Develop JBP with key clients – mutually agreed and beneficial action plan aimed to reach common goals, built around shopper centric agenda
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Play a leading role in generating new sales initiatives that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Conduct market visits to build relationships and convert new prospects, and strengthen relationships with existing customers – amongst category managers, buyers, marketers and other relevant stakeholders
  • Capture success stories in existing accounts and achieve PR coverage/awareness amongst clients and prospects of successful practices
  • Identify the 'power maps' amongst decision makers and opinion formers within the DIY market
  • Translate marketing plan into strong execution plan in the DIY channel and manage its execution
  • Provide the support required to prepare and execute marketing activities
  • Build sales and relationship management capabilities required to win against our competitors in the CEE region
  • Develop – or steal with pride from other parts of GROHE group – best in class category management processes and tools and implement them across the region
  • University degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in FMCG or HVAC Sales in an international environment
  • Sanitary Market experience is welcome
  • Highly Numerate/Strong analytical skills
  • Very good in Sales/Negotiation, knowledge, and execution experience
  • The best Presentation skills
  • Strong communication skills, good team player
  • Able to manage and work on a broad span of tasks
