JUNIOR CHANGE MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and assessing the impact of changes on the organization using the ServiceNow tool.
  • Preparing and implementing communication strategies regarding changes, presented in PowerPoint.
  • Developing detailed implementation plans and coordinating their implementation using advanced analyzes in Excel.
  • Conducting training and workshops for employees related to the implemented changes.
  • Monitor implementation progress and report results to stakeholders using reports generated in ServiceNow.
  • Collaboration with project teams to effectively implement changes and use ServiceNow to manage the change process.
  • Identifying and assessing risks associated with the change process and developing risk management plans.
  • Creating and updating documentation of processes related to changes, taking into account ITIL standards.

Requirements:

Must have:

  • 2 years of experience as a Change Manager
  • knowledge of ServiceNow
  • strong experience working with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to think analytically and solve problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of change management tools and methods.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in project work and ability to work in a team.

Nice to have:

  • ITIL foundation, but not mandatory
  • Experience delivering service reviews to senior leaders (nice to have)
  • Proven track record in leading conflicts and mediating to resolution (nice to have)
