Responsibilities and what you will do:
- Lead the design, development and deployment of AI products & services
- Cross-functional collaboration with engineers and business across different domains
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design LLM-based solutions that meet business requirements and enhance performance
- Participate in all phases of LLM-based solutions development and deployment
- Develop innovative methods and advance techniques to build and deploy NLP solutions in various environments (cloud, on-premises)
- Serve as a mentor and provide technical guidance to the team to help solve complex technical challenges
Who you are – you have:
- Strong technical expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning principles and frameworks and software engineering best practices
- Hands on experience in LLM-based solutions development
- Applied experience using frameworks such as LangChain to build LLM products
- Experience and best practices knowledge in LLM models development and deployment in production environments
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying software solutions
Skills and qualifications:
- Background in software engineering, computer science, mathematics, statistics, physics, etc.
- At least 7 years of experience
- Proficiency with Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as PyTorch/Tensorflow/Hugging Face Transformers
- Ability to quickly prototype and iterate on software products
- Experience deploying machine learning models in production environments
- Familiarity with latest GenAI/LLM advances
- Experience with: word embeddings, transfer learning, in-context learning, information retrieval and knowledge graphs
- Ability to work independently
- Analytical and creative mind, proactive approach
