Obowiązki
- analiza potencjału rynku i struktury potencjalnych klientów w szczególności w obszarze urządzeń akumulatorowych dla Klienta profesjonalnego;
- analiza danych rynkowych, wnioskowanie i podejmowanie odpowiednich działań;
- wybór strategicznych klientów, identyfikacja wymagań i ukazanie potrzeb;
- budowanie i rozwijanie pozytywnych i długoterminowych relacji z kluczowymi Klientami;
- ścisła współpraca z istniejącą siecią dealerską;
- prezentacja i komercjalizacja rozwiązań produktowych firmy;
- organizowanie i prowadzenie szkoleń dla kluczowych Klientów;
- tworzenie i realizacja celów sprzedażowych;
- regularne wizyty u klientów ;
- monitorowanie aktywności konkurencji i podejmowanie adekwatnych działań.
Wymagania
- min. 4-letnie doświadczenie we współpracy B2B;
- umiejętność prowadzenia negocjacji, wysoko rozwinięte zdolności interpersonalne i komunikacyjne;
- bardzo dobra organizacja pracy, samodzielność, decyzyjność, systematyczność, przedsiębiorcze myślenie i działanie;
- wykształcenie wyższe – wyższe techniczne będzie dodatkowym atutem;
- bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu Office (Excel, Power Point) oraz CRM;
- dobra znajomość j. angielskiego;
- prawo jazdy kat. B;
- gotowość do częstych podróży służbowych.
