Obowiązki

  • Proactively acquire new clients, identifying and pursuing business opportunities through various sales channels.
  • Plan and execute a structured sales strategy, maintaining an active sales pipeline to drive business growth.
  • Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with potential clients, understanding their IT needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with 7N internal teams to align client requirements with available IT consultants.
  • Track and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Contribute to strategic business development initiatives, helping to shape the company's growth strategy.
  • Promote 7N's service offerings through various sales channels, including networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings and conferences.
  • Communicate effectively to foster relationships with new and existing partners.
  • Build a deep understanding of our products and present them effectively to clients. 
  • Respond promptly to any issues that directly affect sales.
  • Directly oversee the growth of assigned markets and clients.
  • Working with marketing to develop new clients acquisition strategies.

Wymagania

  • At least 3+ years of experience in new business development role in IT contracting or other IT services.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, with the ability to generate, inbound qualification and nurturing leads, build pipelines, and close deals.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with a talent for networking and maintaining long-term relationships and partnerships.
  • Understanding of the IT sector and outsourcing models, with the ability to match client needs with IT consulting solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strategic mindset, capable of crafting and executing business development plans. 
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Working with marketing to develop new clients acquisition strategies
  • Fluent in Polish and English (both spoken and written).
